Yvonne Foreman, Office Manager Yvonne has been with the Center for Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery since 1994. She is the office manager and schedules all the surgeries. |

Amy Davis, Nurse Practitioner Amy first started working as an RN in the operating room, assisting Dr. Jensen with surgery. A few years ago she went back to school to get her N.P. degree and now is very busy injecting fillers and Botox. |

Courtney Ehrlich, R.N. Courtney is our pre-operative nurse coordinator and circulating nurse in the operating room. If you have any questions about either before or after care, she has the answers. |

Char Adkins Char has been with the Center for Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery since 1999. She is our insurance specialist and is reponsible for pre-authorizations for surgery. She also is a medical assistant and helps with the post-operative care of patients. |

Debbie Machado Debbie is our laser technician and has extensive experience with the Cynosure Apogee laser hair removal system, the Fraxel II, and vein removal laser. She is also the expert on Obagi skincare systems, Skin Ceuticals, Phytomer, NIA 24, MD Forte, and Prevage. |

Amy Graham, Receptionist Amy will be the first person to greet you on the phone or in the reception area. She works very hard to get the appointment times that work best for you. She is also our expert on Bare Minerals makeup. |

Charmane Roush Charmane is a medical assistant and also in charge of all inventory for the Ambulatory Surgery Center. She makes sure all supplies and implants are readily available. She's the reason the OR's run so smooth. |
